In San Fransisco on March 17, game developers will be meeting at the annual Game Developers Conference.An article i read here, talked about the developers publishing games for the next generation consoles. As a PlayStation fan, i was happy to see that roughly 20 percent of the developers surveyed would be releasing their games on the PlayStation 4. In close second, 17 percent of developers surveyed said they will be releasing their games on the Xbox One. Surprisingly, most of the new games will be coming out on current gen. consoles, meaning the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and so on...
In other news, PC gaming has risen above console gaming in certain countries. Such as in a short article I found here which talks about the rise in PC gaming in New Zealand.
