In my opinion the internet is the best place to waste all of your time because it is more interesting than staring into space while still being able to take up vast amounts of time.

You can challenge your friends with the wiki how challenge where you go on one topic and you see how long it takes to get to another with only using the links on the page. ex. How to Shower to How to Regain Control of a Spooked Camel?

There are always youtube, hulu, and netflix if you have a subscription to netflix
And finally there is lots of total nonsense on the internet:
